Service Description

Did you buy boots at Larry's Bootfitting and need adjustments made to them? Awesome - let's get you in here. This could be everything from us working out a nagging spot on the boot that is making skiing less enjoyable, to snugging up or loosening the boot, to building a new footbed or putting in a new Intuition liner and everything in between. You'll be wearing your boots for a portion of this hour long session, so bring ski socks. Most of the time we'll get you in and out of the shop, boots in hand, on the same day, but there are situations where this is not the case. With cases where we need to do plastic work - punching and grinding - it takes two hours to do each punch. In these cases we'll check the boot in and get it back to you as soon as we can. If there is nobody or just a couple boots in the repair queue in front of you, we'll usually have the boot back to you within 24 hours. However, when the boot repair queue gets backlogged - and from Thanksgiving to President's Day this is pretty much always the case - this time frame can be pushed out to as much as a week (3-4 days is more common). Please do not expect us to do a same day punch because you have a skiing trip to Canada the next day. If you do have a big trip or objective planned for the winter, get in here early so we can do it right. Adjustments to boots bought at Larry's Bootfitting within 365 days are free of cost. Please bring your receipt or a picture of your credit card statement to verify this. Adjustments to boots bought at Larry's Bootfitting beyond the 365 day time period will be charged a reduced fee from our normal boot repair costs, generally about 60% the cost we would charge if the boot is not purchased from us. Because you bought boots from our shop custom footbeds can also be purchased from us for a reduced rate. We unfortunately cannot discount Intuition liners, as these are a very high demand item and supply is limited. There is no appointment fee cost for this category. You are a priority customer for us and we want to get you back in here with no barriers. However, if you can't make your appointment please email us at and let us know as early as possible. These are coveted spots and if you can't make it for whatever reason we can usually fill it. Thank you!
